Data Scientist & Founder
Hi, I'm Federico.I translate complexity into clarity.
A physicist turned data scientist, I build systems that bridge science and business — from analytics pipelines to AI-driven privacy architectures.

About me
I started from physics — modeling systems and uncovering hidden order in noise. Now I do the same with data. At Deloitte, I design high-performance analytics pipelines integrating .NET backends, Python microservices, and GIS data. At IncognitoAI, I lead the development of a privacy-preserving LLM proxy that masks PII using custom regex NER, deployed on-premise or in VPCs. I believe in bridging science and business — turning algorithms into products that move decisions, not just dashboards.

Projects
IncognitoAI
A secure proxy for LLMs that anonymizes and re-injects sensitive data using custom regex NER before inference. Privacy by architecture — no sensitive tokens ever leave the company perimeter.
Real Estate Valuator
Internal Deloitte tool for automated property appraisal, combining OMI comparables, cadastral GIS data, and statistical regressions (monoparametric + power law). Predictive analytics meets territorial intelligence.
Experience
Data Scientist — Deloitte Business Solutions (Smart Solutions Lab) — Rome, Italy
Built real-estate valuation services integrating OMI data, cadastral shapefiles, and adaptive radius comparables. Deployed ML pipelines and dynamic pricing models on SQL Server + .NET Core, powering internal analytics tools.
Founder — IncognitoAI
Designed and implemented a FastAPI + Docker anonymization engine for LLMs. Raised early grants and incubated at Dock Startup Lab (Lazio Innova), winning Demo Day 2025. Architecting analytics modules for PII detection, masking logs, and AI-usage governance.
Researcher — Biophysics & Computational Modeling
Modeled self-assembling DNA nanostructures using simulation. Authored a paper on computational DNA lattice formation published in the Journal of Chemical Physics.
